Comfortable 4-star and luxurious 5-star resort apartments, set in gardens on Alexandra Parade, Cotton Tree, across the road from the beachside park and Maroochydore Beach.
Each apartment is fully self-contained, more like a private coastal home than a hotel room, and as easy to settle into for a week as for a few nights. Every one has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and its own laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Choose the apartment that suits your retreat. Our 5-star apartments are the most luxurious; our 4-star apartments offer excellent comfort, are often more readily available, and can leave more of your retreat budget for treatments, food, experiences or an extra night.
Shared facilities include two heated pools, a spa, sauna, lift, barbecue area, Wi-Fi and secure undercover parking.

Many of the apartments pictured are from our premium 5-star collection. Comfortable 4-star options are also available and can offer greater availability and value. Retreat guests stay in one of nine apartments: 1, 2, 5, 7, 11, 16, 20, 21 and 22. The photographs show Apartments 20 and 22 as examples, not live availability. Layouts, décor, outlooks and rooftop facilities vary; a rooftop preference doesn’t guarantee a spa, and rooftop access may involve stairs. Your apartment is confirmed in your retreat plan.

Your apartment is private. The pools, spa, sauna, gardens and barbecue area are shared with other residents and guests; Deb or Ian can prepare the sauna and introduce you to it as part of your retreat, subject to availability. The beach and park across Alexandra Parade are public.
