Individual sessions · Sunshine Coast
Individual counselling & wellbeing sessions.
Arrange a session with Beach Health Retreat without booking accommodation or a retreat programme. Explore the options below, then tell us what you are interested in.
You don’t need to book a retreat.
Most of our work is residential: a private retreat with accommodation and a programme agreed with you. But counselling, massage and bodywork, and online counselling can each be arranged on their own, as a single appointment, with no overnight stay and nothing else attached.
These are not retreat extras. They are the same personal work Deb and Ian do within a retreat, available to people who simply want one session.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. We talk through what you’re looking for, who it would be with and when, and confirm the arrangements with you before anything is booked.
What you can arrange.
Each session is with Deb Pepperdine or Ian Trew personally. Who it is with is agreed beforehand; both do not automatically attend.
In-person counselling
Time to talk with Deb Pepperdine or Ian Trew, with your practitioner and session arrangements agreed beforehand.
Massage & bodywork
Arrange massage or non-invasive bodywork with Deb Pepperdine or Ian Trew, without an overnight stay.
Online counselling
Arrange counselling remotely, without travelling to the retreat. The practitioner, appointment time and way of connecting are confirmed with you.
Ayurveda consultations
A consultation with Ian Trew, drawing on Ayurveda and traditional wellbeing practice, without an overnight stay.
Who you’d be seeing.

What guests have said about Deb and Ian.
These guests came for a residential retreat rather than a single session, and describe the personal attention they were given. Their words, shortened where marked.
“A wonderful rejuvenating experience -- after just one week I feel like a new woman! … Deb & Ian are compassionate and flexible, very dedicated to their clients’ happiness … Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. All my activities were personalised to suit my needs, and the beach air is such a blessing”
“Thank you Deb and Ian. Such a wonderful unique experience that both Sarina and I will never forget. You provided a personal, professional and genuine service on all fronts. The input and insight you gave us during our stay will resonate with us for life. … we left feeling a part of your family.”

In Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. The exact place and the arrangements are confirmed with you when the appointment is arranged. There is no drop-in or walk-in service.
Will I see Deb or Ian?
Whoever the session is with is agreed beforehand. You can tell us a preference when you enquire, and we’ll confirm what’s possible. Sessions are with one practitioner unless you’ve arranged otherwise.
