Beach Health Retreat is at 70–78 Alexandra Parade, Cotton Tree, Maroochydore, Queensland 4558. Cotton Tree is the older, greener corner of Maroochydore, where the Maroochy River meets the sea. The apartments sit in gardens on Alexandra Parade, directly across the road from the beachside park and Maroochydore Beach.
It means a retreat here is walkable. The patrolled beach and the park are across the road. Cotton Tree’s cafés, the river mouth and the coastal path are a short stroll. You can arrive, leave the car, and not need it again.
The Sunshine Coast sits between Brisbane and Noosa on Queensland’s east coast. Sunshine Coast Airport is the closest airport, and an airport transfer can be arranged as a paid extra when your retreat is planned.

Cotton Tree is a locality within Maroochydore, at the mouth of the Maroochy River. Addresses here are usually written as Cotton Tree, Maroochydore.
Do I need a car?
Not for the retreat itself. The beach, the park, the coastal path and Cotton Tree’s cafés are all within walking distance. There is secure undercover parking if you drive.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes, as a paid extra, subject to availability. Sunshine Coast Airport is the nearest airport. Mention it when you enquire and it is included in your retreat plan.
How far is it from Brisbane or Noosa?
The Sunshine Coast sits between the two on Queensland’s east coast. Noosa is north along the coast and Brisbane is south; both are an easy drive.
