Retreat three · Holistic depth

Holistic & Alternative Retreat.

A deeper, more holistic way to reset on the Sunshine Coast, centred around Ayurveda, bodywork, meditation, sauna, nature and traditional wellbeing practices.

For people drawn to a traditional approach to wellbeing.

The most in-depth of our three retreats, for guests who deliberately want an Ayurvedic and holistic focus, with more time with Deb and Ian.

Your holistic retreat is based in the same beachside apartments as every stay, with the coast close at hand. The focus changes the depth and rhythm of your days, not where you stay.

Immersive, but spacious

Traditional practice, at a coastal pace.

Ayurvedic routines, bodywork and meditation sit alongside time outdoors, rest and slow mornings, so your days feel meaningful without feeling full.

Food

Nourishment, personalised to you.

On an Ayurveda-focused retreat, food isn’t a fixed menu. Whether meals are arranged with local food providers or you self-cater, they can be tailored to you: your individual constitution (in Ayurveda, your natural balance of body and mind), your health and wellbeing goals, dietary needs and preferences, appetite, and the foods you genuinely enjoy. If a lighter cleanse or fasting approach interests you, let us know during your enquiry; suitability is considered before anything is recommended.

Shaped around you.

Tell us what you’re looking for and what interests you. Deb or Ian then put together a personalised retreat plan setting out what’s included and the price. You can ask for changes or add extras, and nothing is booked until you decide.

Your selections help us understand what appeals to you. They don’t automatically become your retreat timetable. How your retreat plan comes together.

Optional extras

Add something extra, if you’d like.

Once your retreat plan is created, you can add private yoga (including restorative or Yin), Pilates, personal training, beauty and spa treatments, extra massage, counselling or Ayurveda, a sunrise or sunset experience, airport transfers or a celebration. These are paid extras rather than part of the retreat: each has an additional cost, subject to availability, and is confirmed with its price. There is no salon or gym at the resort.

A few things you may be wondering.

Do I need to know about Ayurveda?

No. Curiosity is enough, and your plan starts from where you are.

Is fasting part of the retreat?

Only if it’s suitable and you want it. Tell us about your interest when you enquire; suitability is considered before anything is recommended.

Is yoga included?

No. Private yoga, including restorative or Yin yoga, is an optional extra.

What does it cost?

Each holistic retreat is planned individually, and the price is set out in your retreat plan before anything is booked.
