Sessions, a supported stay, or both.

Many people simply want an appointment. If you need more time and support, you can also discuss combining counselling with a personalised supported hotel stay, or sessions before and after your stay.

Our dedicated mental health support and addiction support pathways explain those options and have short enquiries about what is happening and what you are open to. Catering is included in these supported stays, with a lower-cost uncatered option if price is a concern.
