Private yoga, including restorative or Yin yoga, Pilates and personal training.
Our retreats
Private Sunshine Coast retreats for one person or one couple, with time to rest at the heart of every stay.

Your own apartment in our Maroochydore beachside base, a personal welcome from Deb or Ian, and plenty of unstructured time.
Each retreat has its own rhythm. Your stay is shaped around the retreat you choose, its length and what we learn about you before you arrive.
The beach retreat places more emphasis on bodywork and restorative experiences; the counselling retreat includes regular one-to-one counselling; and the holistic retreat centres on Ayurveda, meditation and traditional wellbeing practices.
From the lightest to the most in-depth. Every retreat is personalised, and suitable elements can be combined. Not sure? We can recommend one.

Deb or Ian put together a personalised plan for your stay, setting out what’s included and the price.
Review it, ask for changes, and add extra experiences if there’s something you particularly want. Nothing is booked until you decide.
Your selections help us understand what appeals to you. They don’t automatically become your retreat timetable.
Whichever retreat you choose, your days aren’t a timetable. There’s time to sleep in, walk the beach, swim, use the sauna, sit on the balcony or courtyard, read, or do nothing at all.
Find your bearings and ease into the coast.
A slow morning, the beach, and whatever your plan includes.
Read, rest, or enjoy an afternoon without plans.
Time to take it with you, with a departure conversation if you’d like one.

Once your retreat plan is created, you can add experiences like these. They’re paid extras rather than part of the retreat itself, and each is confirmed with its price, subject to availability.
