Ayurveda consultations with Ian.
A conversation about how you live, day to day — arranged on its own, without a retreat or an overnight stay.
Traditional practice, in plain language.
Ian Trew’s background brings together Ayurveda, natural living and practical education. With guests, his interests are Ayurveda, bodywork, meditation and time in nature. A consultation is time with Ian to talk about how you’re living and what might suit you better — food, routine, rest, the rhythm of your days — drawing on Ayurveda and traditional wellbeing practice.
This is a wellbeing conversation, not a medical appointment. There is no diagnosis, no treatment of illness, and nothing is prescribed. What you take from it is yours to consider, and to discuss with your own health practitioners if that would help.
Consultations are with Ian. What you’d like to focus on is agreed beforehand, and the practical arrangements are confirmed when the appointment is arranged. Sessions take place in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. We talk through what you’re looking for, who it would be with and when, and confirm the arrangements with you before anything is booked.
Beach Health Retreat is a non-clinical wellbeing service, not a medical or psychiatric treatment service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. Lifeline is available any time on 13 11 14.
